With so much going on around us, I sometimes find it hard to take a break. There is nothing more important that your mental health.
A healthy mind is one of the most important aspect of getting you through the day or anything. As your mind often times is what can make or break you.
During the pandemic, many people broke down and couldn’t handle the stress as they have never dealt with anything like this before.
Everyone deals with things differently, however I want to give you something to do for 30 days that will reduces stress and rewire your mind.
Each day will be something different and will encourage you to change how you think and feel.

Having a journal is essential as every day you will write down how you feel, this is part of the process to leave the previous day behind.
The purpose of this challenge is to take a mental break from everything and take care of you. Nothing is worth more than your sanity and wellbeing.
