Fast-forward and I cannot imagine not having a toner as part of my routine. Depending on your skincare need it will determine the type and brand of toner that you will use. At the moment I have three that I use, rotating to fit the needs of what I want.
As a consumer, you have to shop around to find what is good for you and what fits your budget. Another thing to take into consideration is the ingredients and how they will affect your skin. Like anything you put on your skin, there must be a patch test done to see if they work and your reaction if any.
I have a habit of falling in love with a product and sticking to it, which doesn’t give me much room to try new things. Last year after wearing my mask non-stop saw an increase in my breakout, it was the worst time ever. With that it forced me to experiment and try new skincare products.
I still have my usual fave but I have tried new products that were hit and miss, mostly hits. As we move into summer everyone wants to have clear, clean skin and that means toners.
