This smooth is both delicious and easy to make and will leaving feeling satisfied.
Peaches are so delightful and can be eaten as a snack or part of a fruit salad. In the south peaches are very popular and you can find an assortment of products such as cobblers, pies or desserts. Peach is such a versatile fruit due to it’s rich flavor that can add excitement to whatever is being prepared.
This recipe is really simple and doesn’t require much, the biggest requirement is a good blender. I use my ninja bullet and that works out fine for me and my smoothie has been good. What makes it good is the ingredients you put in it. It’s simple yet delicious and I can tell you also nutritious, you can use either fresh peaches or frozen peaches. For this recipe I decided to use fresh peaches because it gives it the taste I want.
What ingredients are used for this peach smoothie recipe?
Peaches- peaches are nutrient dense, contains loads of Vitamin C, A and Potassium. Has loads of health benefits such as improve digestion, decrease inflammation, improve the immune system, for healthy skin and eyes.
Tumeric- Has natural anti-inflammatory properties, increases the antioxidants, lessens pain, lowers the risk of heart disease and helps fight depression.
Ginger- Helps with weight loss, helps with nausea, helps with chronic indigestion, and helps fight infections.
Yogurt- A good source of probiotics, protein, calcium and loads of vitamins.
Banana- Rich nutrients, loaded with potassium, nutrient dense, support digestive health and improve digestion.
I don’t always add yogurt to my smoothies, but this is a good way to get your protein in. There is no limitations as to what you can and cannot add, I would say just make it as light and airy as possible, which is why the less ingredients you add the better it will be.

- 2 tbsp Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Honey (adjust sweetness as needed)
